Error: KRNL386.EXE

When trying to install the program on Windows 98/Me/XP/Vista, the following error appears:

• "Install has caused an error in KRNL386.EXE"

Possible Causes & Solutions

This problem may be caused by a conflict or lack of system resources. Check you have the correct system requirements and reinstall the program as follows:

1. Close all programs.
2. Disable any anti-virus and firewall programs you have running.
3. If you need to create some space on your hard drive, run the Disk Cleanup tool. We suggest you delete your temporary files and temporary internet files.
