We offer 3 different options for placing orders:

Submit Puchase Order via Email or Fax: Send PO's to waynezimmerman@yahoo.com or (540)667-4064.
- All PO's should be made out to Sundae Media LLC, Net 30 payment terms. On the PO, you must specify "ECESC Member" in order to receive the discount price.
Submit Purchase Order Online: To submit a PO online, you will need a username and password. If you do not have a username and password, please contact Wayne Zimmerman at waynezimmerman@yahoo.com.
Online via Credit Card: To make purchases online using a credit card, please use our web form, available here.

In order to expediate orders, we request that all member schools submit an Account Setup Form and a copy of your state sales tax exempt certificate. Download our Account Setup Form here.
